About this notice

This notice explains how personal information is handled when you visit anoui.dev, download AnoUI+ or contact support. For privacy questions and requests, contact AnoUI+ at support@anoui.dev.

Website delivery and security

The website and download service are hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver requests, prevent abuse and diagnose faults, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address, the requested address, request time, browser and network information, and security-related request data. Technical information may be recorded in hosting and security logs.

Where the GDPR applies, this processing is based on Article 6(1)(f): the legitimate interests in providing a reliable website, protecting the service and resolving technical problems. Information required by law may also be processed under Article 6(1)(c).

Downloads

Downloading a published file increases a shared download total. The application stores that total without a visitor account, advertising identifier or personal download profile. The counter is not used to identify individual visitors. The underlying file request is still processed by the hosting provider as described above.

Cookies, local storage and external content

The public website does not set application tracking cookies, create advertising profiles or use third-party analytics. Fonts, icons and screenshots are served from this website. No social-media feed or video player is embedded.

Cloudflare may use strictly necessary security cookies when a protection or challenge feature requires them. Their purpose and duration depend on the security feature involved. See Cloudflare’s cookie information. You can manage cookies in your browser. Blocking security cookies may prevent some requests from completing.

Contacting support

If you email support@anoui.dev, the sender address, message, attachments and email delivery information are processed to respond to your request. Email is forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to a mailbox provided by Google. Please send only information needed to explain the issue and remove passwords, access tokens and other confidential information from screenshots or logs.

Where the GDPR applies, support correspondence is processed under Article 6(1)(f), based on the legitimate interest in answering questions and maintaining the service. Article 6(1)(b) applies where a request is necessary for a contract or steps you request before a contract. Article 6(1)(c) applies where information must be retained to comply with a legal obligation.

External community and creator links

Discord, Patreon, Wago and CurseForge links open services operated by other providers. Those providers receive information when you visit or interact with their services and apply their own terms and privacy policies. Following a link does not give AnoUI+ access to your account password or payment details. Payments, memberships and donations offered on Patreon are handled by Patreon, not by this website.

Recipients and international processing

Technical service providers receive information needed for hosting, security and email delivery. These include Cloudflare, Inc. and Google as the mailbox provider. Information may be processed in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States. Where the GDPR requires transfer safeguards, applicable mechanisms include recognised adequacy decisions and contractual safeguards made available by the relevant provider.

Provider information: Cloudflare Privacy Policy, Cloudflare Data Processing Addendum and Google Privacy Policy.

Retention

Technical logs follow the hosting provider’s configured retention periods. Support correspondence is kept for as long as needed to answer the request, handle relevant follow-up and comply with any applicable legal retention requirement. Information needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims may be retained for the relevant limitation period. The shared download total contains no personal visitor record and may be retained as an ongoing project statistic.

Your rights

Where the GDPR applies, you may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of your personal information and, where applicable, data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests, including for reasons relating to your particular situation. If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

You may complain to a competent data protection authority, particularly in the country of your habitual residence, workplace or the alleged infringement. Contact support@anoui.dev to exercise your rights. We may need proportionate information to verify a request. We do not collect additional identity information solely to identify visitors in the anonymous download total.

Your choices and changes

You do not need a public account to browse this website or download an available release. Technical request information is necessary to deliver the website. Support contact information is provided voluntarily when you contact us. The public website does not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about visitors through automated profiling.

This notice will be updated when the website’s processing changes. The date below identifies the current version.
